This website is maintained on behalf of artist Simon Stone in association with official gallery representation by SMAC Gallery (The Palms, 145 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7925, South Africa).
We only collect personal information voluntarily provided by collectors, curators, and gallery patrons when submitting an acquisition or exhibition inquiry through the contact form, including: Full Name, Email Address, Inquiry Subject, Artwork of Interest, and message contents.
Your personal data is processed exclusively for responding directly to inquiries regarding artwork availability, provenance, pricing, and facilitating exhibition invitations or monograph distribution. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
Under Sections 23 & 24 of POPIA, you have the right to request confirmation of records held, request correction, destruction or deletion of records, and object to processing on reasonable grounds.
